Prepare to put everything you have learned so far to the test. As an Unilarity intern, you spend 12 to 15 weeks pushing your knowledge of business processes and technology in new directions and sharpening your market relevant skills while being coached by experienced colleagues. You learn how to work with innovative tools, methodologies and technologies, how to manage a project, interact with clients, apply Unilarity design thinking and co-creation techniques to complex problems. Your new Unilarity friends will be happy to help you develop your networking and soft skills as well. This experience will differentiate you before graduating.

An internship at Unilarity is about as practical as it gets. Here at Unilarity, you can not only look over the shoulders of our experienced staff, you can also contribute actively to the success of projects by carrying out project assignments. Of course, that will be a challenge, but at Unilarity we attach great importance to teamwork and togetherness. You will always be able to rely on the help and advice of your colleagues. And as well as making priceless contacts, you will be gaining valuable experience, giving you an edge in your future career.

Interns will have the opportunity to attend internal meetings, local think tank events, research workshops, and public Unilarity India events as well as network with other interns throughout the institution. The mission of the Internship program is to provide students and recent graduates with a meaningful and practical work experience related to the student’s field of study or career interest.

Internships at Unilarity can last up to one year and, because we appreciate your effort and value your contribution, we support you during this time with attractive remuneration. Internships also serve as a feeder group to prospective full-time employment opportunities upon graduation. We also offer various apprenticeships in a wide range of fields of operations.
